Waveney River Centre is the Broads' multi-award winning Holiday Park & Marina, set in the beautiful surroundings of South Norfolk's Waveney Valley, with stunning south and west facing views across marshes and river. The Park is a wildlife haven, where you can spend hours watching birds, insects and other wildlife from the peace & quiet of your holiday lodge, or venture further along the river by day cruiser or canoe.

Our touring & camping area is small and family-oriented, with room for 17 touring caravans and up to 35 tents. It occupies an idyllic south-facing location overlooking the marina and river, with leisure centre, showers, toilets & wash up area all immediately adjacent.

For 2010 we have completely refurbished our shower & toilet facilities. Our new individual wet rooms feature shower, basin, WC, hairdryer and underfloor heating. Now you've no reason to stay tucked up in your sleeping bag!

The Park features a family-friendly pub, indoor heated swimming pool & café, children's play areas, Mace convenience store, launderette and information centre.

For 2011 we are completely refurbishing our pool café and changing rooms, and the pool will be open all year from late February 2011.

Waveney River Centre was a triple winner at the 2010 EDP Norfolk Tourism Awards - for Customer Care, Best Holiday Park and Best Broads Holiday Experience. In 2009 & 2010 we received David Bellamy's Gold Conservation accolade, and we were winners in the 2010 Practical Boat Owner Green Awards for Best Service & Support.

Waxham Sands is a quiet, spacious park, situated in lovely unspoilt Norfolk countryside, close to the Norfolk Broads and adjacent to a Nature Reserve and Bird Sanctuary. With access to its own half mile of sandy beach this is an ideal spot for family holidays in peaceful surroundings.

This level grassy park with made up roads will accommodate 70 touring outfits or tents and adjoins the grounds of the Grange Free House.

On site at Long Beach we have a self-service shop, a licensed bar, laundry, public telephones and mail facilities and buses run regularly from Hemsby.

The Caravan Park also has: Mains electric hook-ups, hot water to handbasins and laundry room, ladies and gents showers, flush toilets, electrical points for irons and shavers, childrens playground.

There are also covered, heated swimming pools within one mile of Long Beach.

The camp site is over looking the fisheries, electric hook up points, chemical waste disposal point, fresh water supply toilet block,shower block, washing up area. The camp site is surrounded by our own farm land, with some nice walks. It is a small but friendly camp site. Easy and large access the site is quite sheltered.
