Comment: after booking four nights on premier pitch,we only stayed for two.we could not see a premier pitch.the toilet blocks were closed for touring field through the week and we had to drive to the next one.wish i hadnt bothered.the showers were dirty and couldnt get water through without keeping my hand on button,difficult to shower at same time.the clubs werent very good and out of way.catered for statics on site.nothing was in striking distance.also power cut for three hours.no apology when phoned reception.no swimming pool as advertised.overall poor.would never go again

Comment: my family and i attended here on the 9th of august there was me my hubby 2 lil girls and my hubbys 4 little brothers we were ok to go in but the 2nd car full of boys was not, we had never been here before but were told it is their policy to not allow same sex parties but they were in our party but couldnt fit in our rover metro so i told the lady please let us in we have drove all the way from coventry and she snapped back saying telling her we are from coventry will do us no good as everyone that goes here from coventry causes trouble and also if we have attitude in the on site pub we will get our heads punched in...eventually we were allowed to camp here and it was great everything was great apart from the way we were treated before being allowed in, usually i would have told them to stick it but my daughters were looking forward to it, also there were a lot of rowdy mixed sex parties causing trouble and making noise yet we were victimised so young same sex parties beware you will be treat like a convict before you have even stepped inside. the rating for customer service is poor but rating for the actual site and facilities is excellent! hope this helps people.
