Comment: We visited on a very sunny weekend in July 2008 and thought the site was fine. The grass had been cut recently, it was busier than we expected but we didn't shower until 10am and didn't have to queue at all, although they could do with more facilities considering the number of pitches. There are two good sized fields and a wooded area that we didn't spot at first - if we had we would have pitched there (as, apart from the shade, this is where they permit camp fires). Nice atmosphere, good pubs at a walkable distance. We only stayed one night and then headed to the beach in Hove to cool off but we agreed that we would visit again.

Comment: What a disapointment! Two showers only exist on this site - so be prepared for a very long wait!! One male toilet and two female. They are not cleaned nearly often enough. The grass hadn't been cut in a long while which meant that when the sun shone, everything was still wet. The owners were unwelcoming and unapologetic when things went wrong.
