Comment: What a wonderful site, very clean and friendly, the pitches vary in size so even if you have a monster tent they can accommodate you, just let them know when you book. The new toilet facilities are superb, very clean with large showers and free hair driers in the ladies. The shop is stocked with the essentials and a small laundry area allows you to wash and dry clothes on site. A wet suit shower and recycling point are also provided. A large holding field can be used if you arrive early, just park up in the field around the back of the amenities block when you arrive (we arrived very early in the morning after travelling through the night) and they will even use their tractor to site your caravan if you want them to. The site is very free draining if a little windy (coastal sites usually are) Very close to the beach (300 metres) which is large enough to absorb even a bank holiday crowd and is manned by lifeguards in the summer. The surfing is excellent and there are three cafes within walking distance ( The Jam Pot cafes Cornish pasties especially recommended). The new facilities on this site have made this a firm favourite and we will be visiting again next year.
