Site DescriptionOn the shore of Horsley lake, our beautiful Site is perfect for fishing or simply watching the world go by. It is a haven for wildlife – foxes, deer, rabbits and ducks are all regular visitors.

The Site is on the edge of the North Downs, where there is a wellmaintained network of footpaths. Denbies is England’s largest vineyard and one of the largest privately owned vineyards in Europe. The Royal Horticultural Society’s Garden at Wisley is close by. The city of Guildford has three National Trust properties, including Dapdune Wharf – the centrepiece of the River Wey Navigations. It now houses a restored barge and an interactive exhibition. Hatchlands is set in the 430-acre Repton Park. The 18th century mansion has Adam interiors and a collection of keyboard instruments. Brooklands Museum is based at the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation. It is home to the first purpose-built motor racing circuit and a Wellington bomber. Several theme parks are in the area, including Legoland, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park. Newland Corner is five miles from Site. Managed by the Surrey Wildlife Trust Countryside Services, it has several trails to follow. Trains go to London from East Horsley village. East Horsley has tennis courts and a large playing field.

Comment: my boyfriend and i were camping with them last week monday to thursday and it was lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful the place was kept spotless, the showers were clean and the village was not far. I reccoment it but it was mainly for those with motor homes and caravans.
