Site DescriptionMachrihanish Caravan and Camping Park is a peaceful family run site with level all weather pitches for MOTOR HOMES, CARAVANS and TENTS.

The site overlooks the famous links golf course with views of the glorious Atlantic, Islay and Jura. We boast 3 miles of golden sands well known to surfers, canoeists, birdwatchers and wildlife enthusaists. Wild goats, seals and otters abound and we have a wonderful seabird observatory nearby. Golden Eagles nest around and about Kintyre and the whole area is a haven for Peregrines, Buzzards, Sparrowhawks and a rich variety of other birds - almost 200 species have been recorded including real rarities. Seals, Dolphins and even whales and basking sharks can sometimes be seen in these waters.
