Site DescriptionManor Farm Caravan & Camping Site is a quiet, family-run site located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, one mile from Seaton beach and town centre. With spectacular views of the Axe Valley and Lyme Bay, the site is an ideal centre for touring glorious east Devon.

Visit local fishing villages; take the tram from Seaton along the banks of the River Axe to historic Colyton; enjoy good beaches and beautiful coastal walks.

There are spacious sites for caravans, motor caravans and tents; modern toilet blocks and chemical and waste-water disposal points; electrical hook-up points, and laundry room with washing machines, tumble drier and ironing facilities.

Sinks are provided for vegetable preparation and washing up.

The enclosed children's play area is equipped with a sand-pit, swings and slides and can be viewed from around the site to enable parental supervision.

The farm itself has a flock of sheep and lambs in the spring, a small herd of cattle and calves, including Ruby Red Devons, and rare breeds of chicken, ducks, turkeys and geese.
