Site DescriptionPenybont Touring & Camping Park, Bala in the Snowdonia National Park. Situated 100 yards from Bala Lake and 10 minutes walk from the town. Masses of water activities close by including Sailing & White Water Rafting.

Bala is a thriving market town lying on the shores of Bala Lake, or ‚Llyn Tegid‚. Bala Lake is the largest natural lake in Wales and offers all sorts of water sports. Bala Sailing Club, which is only around the corner, have a good calendar of events throughout the season. The Bala Adventure and Watersports Centre is only a 10 minute walk away and they have boats, kayaks, canoes, windsurfer rigs and many other pieces of equipment for hire.
