With easy access to the River Wye, it makes an ideal base for exploring the river by canoe or kayak. The campsite is a popular stopping-off point for anyone making an extended canoe tour of the river.

* The campsite has an amenities block which includes power showers and toilets.
* Breakfast is available at "The Pound" if you're too relaxed to prepare you own (please order the evening before).
* Lunches and evening meals are available at the nearby "Boat Inn".
* A small shop is located at the nearby petrol station if you need to replenish your supplies.
* A fishing boat and/or rod & tackle are available for hire.
