Comment: This is a lovely campsite. all of the pitches are on a bit of a slope, the site itself is a hill. The facilties on site are basic but clean and efficient.( lots of hot water!) The owners are very approachable. Very safe for children although the advertised childrens play area isn't great. If you have small children the walk back from Llangolleon is a very steep and long one. We have just returned from a weekend at the site and all said we would love to go back there again.

Subject: Appalling Service
Comment: I booked the Easter Weekend over the telephone on 30th January 2008, I was asked to send a disposit by cheque. I sent a cheque that day for the full amount for the holiday & sent the lady an Email to ask if she would inform me when the cheque arrived. I never received an email so I telephoned no less than 8 occasions & nobody answered the phone. I left several messages and still I have no reply...... Terrible service!!!!!!!!!
