Site DescriptionCome and visit Wyreside Lakes Fishery and Campsite - a haven not many miles away. Take in the calm and tranquil surroundings of the River Wyre, Bowland Fells, woodlands and many nature trails. Or if you prefer town life, Lancaster, Morecambe and Blackpool and the South Lakes are only a short driving distance away.
We are a 4 star rated campsite with a full range of facilities for overnight stays including hard standing pitches and lush green fields to camp on and there are toilets and a shower block including disabled access. For the children there is a safe outdoor play area and lots of wildlife and a wood to investigate We have a bar / restaurant and clubhouse which boasts and excellent entertainment programme which runs from April until November. Most evenings are free entry however some are ticket functions only. Whatever we do we always have a good ‚Knees Up‚ every weekend!
Whether fishing, dining out, bird watching or rambling along the many footpaths and nature trails, or visiting historic towns and cities just a short distance away, Wyreside Lakes Fishery has many things to offer you.
