Subject: Our stay at the Willows
Comment: We spent four nights in The Willows this July (2007). We arrived after 10pm (last entry) without a tent. The gentleman who greeted us was called Miles and instead of commenting on the time that we had arrived he offered to lend us a tent for our stay, showing us to our pitch and even helping us to set it up. This was just the beginning of a very enjoyable visit. In general we would describe The Willows as a welcoming, clean and cosy campsite. The toilets and showers were always clean and in working order and we didn't experience any problems with people being too noisy. It's location is fantastic-just a fifteen minute walk from a very classy pub and only a few minutes away from a Post Office that seems to sell nearly anything you could want. Abersoch is only ten minutes drive from here as well so you won't be stuck for things to do. The one thing that stood out though was the kindness and warmth of the owners, Miles and Anna, who were always happy to help for directions, advice on local entertainments, etc and general enquiries. If you are looking for a relaxed and enjoyable time away we would strongly recommend you try The Willows.
